-
Slumbr is a sleep wellness app designed specifically for travelers. It provides clinically-validated sleep science, education, and relaxation tools to help you overcome the sleep challenges that come with being away from home.
-
63% of travelers report worse sleep while away from home. Unfamiliar environments, different time zones, noise disruptions, and travel stress all impact your sleep quality. Poor sleep affects your entire travel experience, whether you're on a business trip or vacation. Slumbr addresses these specific challenges with science-backed solutions.
-
All content is developed by sleep medicine experts with over 20 years of research experience. The sleep protocols are validated through patient outcomes in clinical settings, and we apply the same scientific rigor to wellness applications for travelers who don't need medical intervention.
