Introducing Singapore’s first Sleep Tracking & Coaching Experience. This unique service combines objective sleep tracking with tailored, science-based recommendations to help you understand and improve your rest.
Over 7 nights, you’ll track your sleep and activity with a wearable tracker (Oura Ring). At the end of the week, a 25-minute one-to-one coaching session with our sleep coach will help you to make sense of the data and translate it into clear, practical steps to support your sleep and wellbeing.

The Oura Ring is a lightweight, scientifically validated wearable device that tracks sleep, recovery, and daily activity through advanced physiological sensors. It measures key indicators such as heart rate, body temperature, and movement to provide detailed insights into your sleep quality and patterns.

After you’ve completed your payment and booking, our team will contact you to arrange device collection at Core Collective Anson. You’ll receive a quick walkthrough on how to wear and sync the Oura Ring as well as an e-resource to facilitate your week-long tracking.

The 25-minute virtual coaching session will be conducted via teleconsult. Upon confirmation of the session, your sleep coach will reach out to you with the meeting details and further instructions.

You may opt for the Sleep Coaching Only experience, where your sleep coach will review your sleep data and provide personalised feedback and recommendations, with no device loan required.

At the end of your tracking week, you’ll return the Oura Ring to our team at Core Collective Anson.
Please note that additional charges apply for each day the device is held beyond the agreed 7-day loan period.
